About Our SMS Program
Nexis Academy uses SMS text messaging to communicate important school-related information to parents and legal guardians who voluntarily opt in to receive text messages.
Messages may include enrollment and registration updates, missing document reminders, scholarship requirements, attendance notifications, academic or administrative updates, appointment reminders, school announcements, schedule changes, closures, and other student-related communications.
How Parents and Guardians Opt In
Parents and legal guardians may opt in through the Nexis Academy online enrollment form. During enrollment, the parent or guardian provides a mobile phone number and is presented with a separate optional SMS consent checkbox.
The SMS consent checkbox is not pre-selected. A parent or guardian may complete the enrollment application without agreeing to receive SMS messages.
Opt Out and Help
Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
