Flexible Academic Pathways
Nexis Academy offers multiple pathways for middle and high school students who need recovery, a school-of-choice option, academic strengthening, or flexible course support.

High School Credit Recovery
Grades 9-12. Recover credits for failed or incomplete high school courses and continue progressing toward graduation requirements.

Grades 6-8. Recover or successfully complete middle school coursework and strengthen academic progress.

Grades 6-8. A flexible full-time school-of-choice option with personalized online, in-person, or hybrid support.

Flexible Student Schedule
Flexibility without reducing academic expectations or support.
School operating hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Student school day: 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Students may arrive anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
A 10:30 a.m. arrival still provides at least five hours for instruction and support.
Attendance, participation, coursework completion, and academic progress are monitored.
What can students do during the day?
Students can participate in instruction, access online coursework, complete assignments, receive individualized academic assistance, and meet with instructional staff as needed.
The goal: accommodate student and family needs while keeping students actively engaged and moving forward academically.

We accept eligible scholarships via Step Up For Students. Scholarship participation, eligibility, funding, attestations, and payment approvals are subject to the applicable program requirements.
